AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,350.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek for additional engineering services for the final
design of Carlyle Ave. #10103 Storm Sewer (88165); pursuant to
Contract E-746 with Stolwyk & Ferrenbach, Inc..
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8711, adopted July 8, 1992,
appropriated the initial funding for said services, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Three Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($1,350.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek for additional engineering services for the final
design of Carlyle Ave. #10103 Storm Sewer (88165).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1993.
