AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 22 of David Meadows in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement in Lot
22 of David Meadows in St. Louis County, Missouri, described below
is hereby vacated, to wit:
The (5) foot easement along the East line of Lot 22 of David
Meadows, as recorded in Plat Book 252, Page 10 of the
St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the north
five (5) feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1993.
