AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in a tract of
land being part of U.S. Survey 2026, T.43 N., R. 6E., in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement as recorded in Deed Book 8944, Pages 1887
through 1890 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1993.
