O R D I N A N C E NO. 9096
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in a tract of land located
in Section 34, T.46N. , R. 6E., in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to
the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is hereby vacated,
to wit:
A parcel of land being part of a 10 foot wide easement as recorded in
Book 3685, Page 473 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records,
located in Section 34, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri and described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Union Electric's Page-Mason
transmission line right-of-way where it intersects with the West
line of Schulte Road; thence along the North line of said right-of-
way South 87 degrees 30 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of
499.10 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; said point lying on the
centerline of a 10 foot wide easement; thence South 43 degrees 40
minutes East a distance of 199.30 feet to the POINT OF ENDING of
said centerline, said point of ending lying on the South line of
the Union Electric's Page-Mason transmission line right-of-way,
according to the plats recorded in Plat Book 118, Page 8 and Plat
Book 113, Page 51 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1993.
