AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 2 of Takara Plat No. 1, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
forty foot (40') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence along the East line of said Lot 2, South 01 degrees 15 minutes West a distance of 20 feet; thence North 88 degrees 45 minutes West a distance of 5 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence parallel to and 20 feet South of the North line of said Lot, North 88 degrees 45 minutes West a distance of 161.66 feet; thence on a line parallel to and 5 feet East of the West line of said Lot, South 08 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 20.26 feet; thence South 88 degrees 45 minutes East a distance of 158.38 feet; thence North 01 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of 20 feet to the point of beginning, according to the subdivision plat recorded in Plat Book 114, Page 25 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1993.
