AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Creve Coeur-
Frontenac to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in DC-8 Deer Creek Sanitary Relief
Phase I (90018), in the City of Frontenac, Missouri;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8744, adopted August 12, 1992,
appropriated the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Creve Coeur-
Frontenac to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in DC-8 Deer Creek Sanitary Relief
Phase I (90018), in the City of Frontenac, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1993.
