AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 6 of Galaxy Place, a subdivision in the City of Maryland
Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing on the Northeast corner of Lot 6 of Galaxy Place Subdivision; thence North 81 degrees 14 minutes 26 seconds West a distance of 47.00 feet to a point; thence South 8 degrees 45 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 7.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 8 degrees 45 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 3.00 feet to a point; thence North 81 degrees 14 minutes 26 seconds West a distance of 25.00 feet to a point; thence North 8 degrees 45 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 3.00 feet to a point; thence South 81 degrees 14 minutes 26 seconds East a distance of 25.00 feet to the point of beginning, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 310, Page 77 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 6, 1993.
