AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 19 of Fawn Meadow, a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
varying width sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point in the North line of Chileswood Drive, 50 feet wide, which point is the Southeast corner of said Lot 19, thence along the East line of Lot 19 North 33o22'00" East 49.71 feet to a point; thence North 64o30'13" West 8.69 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence North 64o30'13" West 48.63 feet; thence North 25o00'02" East 3.88 feet; thence South 64o59'58" East 48.63 feet; thence South 25o00'02" West 4.30 feet to the point of beginning and containing 198 square feet more or less, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 124, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 6, 1993.
