AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Ten Thousand Ten and 25/100 Dollars ($10,010.25) from the
Riverside Operating Fund to be used for additional costs in the
construction of the Fenton, Missouri Wastewater Treatment Plant
Chlorine Facilities.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8699, adopted June 10, 1992,
appropriated the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Ten and 25/100
Dollars ($10,010.25) is hereby appropriated from the Riverside
Operating Fund to be used for additional costs in the construction
of the Fenton, Missouri Wastewater Treatment Plant Chlorine
Facilities.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 17, 1993.
