AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 1 and 2 of Rosehaven in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have
requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the sewer easements in
Lots 1 and 2 of Rosehaven, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 2 of said Rosehaven; thence along the south line of said Lot 2, South 46 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds East, 244.80 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence along the east line of said Lots 1 and 2, North 43 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds East, 413.58 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence along the north line of said Lot 1, North 40 degrees 31 seconds 50 minutes West, 10.00 feet; thence southwesterly 10.00 feet west of and parallel to the east line of Lots 1 and 2, South 43 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds West, 404.61 feet; thence northwesterly 10.00 feet north of and parallel to the south line of Lot 1, North 46 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds West, 234.75 feet to a point in the southeast right-of-way line of Ambs (variable width) Road; thence southwesterly along said line of Ambs Road, South 44 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds West, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 17, 1993.
