AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in Lot 218 of
Mellowlight Plat Two, a subdivision in St. Louis County,Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described five foot (5')
wide easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the northeast corner of said lot; thence along the east line of said lot; South 00 degrees 16 minutes 44 seconds West a distance of 50.01 feet; thence leaving said lot line, North 88 degrees 24 minutes West a distance of 5.00 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence North 88 degrees 24 minutes West a distance of 132.93 feet to the southwest line of said lot; thence along said line, South 45 degrees 33 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 7.35 feet; thence leaving said line, South 88 degrees 24 minutes East a distance of 127.65 feet to a point 5 feet west of the east line of said lot; thence on a line 5 feet west of and parallel to said east line, North 00 degrees 16 minutes 44 seconds East a distance of 5.00 feet to the point of beginning, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 127, Page 70 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 17, 1993.
