AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Part of Lambert Place Street Dedication and Easement Plat, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the most northwestern corner of the aforementioned Lambert Place Street Dedication Plat, said point being on the southern right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 70 (Natural Bridge Road), as widened per Deed recorded in Book 5306, Page 150 of said Recorder's Office; thence leaving said right-of-way line and along the Eastern right-of-way line of Edmundson Road, South 07o09'00" West, 25.00 feet; thence South 82o51'00" East, 5.00 feet; thence continuing along said right-of-way line, south 07o09'00" West, 5.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said right-of-way line, South 82o51'00" East, 77.75 feet to a point; thence South 07o00'21" West, 5.00, to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the vacation herein described; thence South 82o51'00" East, 10.00 feet; thence South 07o00'21" West, 149.27 feet; thence North 82o51'00" West, 64.38 feet; thence North 04o58'36" East, 10.01 feet; thence South 82o51'00" East, 54.74 feet; thence North 07o00'21" East, 139.27 feet back to the POINT OF BEGINNING, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 309, Page 27 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 17, 1993.
