AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 1 of
Hollenberg Business Park, a subdivision in the City of Bridgeton,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section On.e The following described ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing for reference at the most western corner of Lot 1 of Hollenberg Business Park; thence North 18 degrees 33 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 58.85 feet; thence South 35 degrees 15 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of 12.74 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 35 degrees 15 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of 83.47 feet; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 64 feet, an arc distance of 13.55 feet, also having a chord bearing of North 82 degrees 55 minutes 03 seconds West a chord distance of 13.53 feet; thence North 35 degrees 15 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of 67.04 feet; thence North 18 degrees 33 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 12.39 feet to the true point of beginning, and also containing 0.02 acres more or less, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 282, Page 86 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 17, 1993.
