AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty Thousand Nine
Hundred Forty-one and 08/100 Dollars ($80,941.08) from the Fee Fee
Extension and Improvement Fund for the relocation and replacement
of existing sanitary sewers during highway improvements on Theiss
and Little Rock Relocation and Replacement of Sanitary Sewers (P-
19239), in St. Louis County, Missouri, and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Utility
Agreement with the State of Missouri, acting by and through the
Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission (hereinafter
referred to as "Commission") whereby the Commission will perform
the construction for the aforesaid sanitary sewer relocation.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Thousand Nine Hundred
Forty-one and 08/100 dollars ($80,941.08) is hereby appropriated
from the Fee Fee Extension and Improvement Fund for the relocation
and replacement of existing sanitary sewers during highway
improvements on Theiss and Little Rock Relocation and Replacement
of Sanitary Sewers (P-19239), St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.

Louis Sewer District to enter into a Utility Agreement with the
State of Missouri, acting by and through the Missouri Highway and
Transportation Commission whereby the Commission will perform the
construction to relocate and replace sanitary sewers during
highway improvements on Theiss and Little Rock Relocation and
Replacement of Sanitary Sewers (P-19239), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, said Utility Agreement to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
