AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to execute a Flood Protection Levee Easement Deed and a
Temporary Construction Easement Deed conferring rights to the City
of Valley Park, Missouri for the construction of a flood
protection levee on certain real property of the District in the
City of Valley Park, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid construction will not interfere
with the District's intended use for said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to execute a Flood Protection Levee Easement
Deed and a Temporary Construction Easement Deed conferring rights
to the City of Valley Park, Missouri for the construction of a
flood protection levee on certain real property of the District in
the City of Valley Park, Missouri.
Section Two. The Flood Protection Levee Easement Deed
and Temporary Construction Easement Deed as authorized in Section
One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 17, 1993.
