AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from the Clean Water
Capital Improvement Trust Fund for additional professional
services for the development of a Computerized Maintenance
Management System; and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract E-
779 with EMA, Inc. for the aforesaid services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8922 adopted March 10, 1993,
appropriated the initial funding for said professional services,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital
Improvement Trust Fund for additional professional services for
the development of a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Amendment No. 1 to
Contract E-779 with EMA, Inc. for additional professional services
for the development of a Computerized Maintenance Management
System.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
