AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Fractional
Section 33, T.44 N., R.5 E., in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement as recorded in Deed Book 9492, Pages 1888 and
1889 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1993.
