AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lots 1, 2
and 3 of Westlake Hills, a subdivision in the City of Bridgeton,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 3, thence North 82 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West along the northerly line of said Lot 3, a distance of 82.85 feet to the point of beginning of the easement herein described; thence South 07 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence South 52 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 188.21 feet; thence South 07 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 120.00 feet; thence North 82 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence North 07 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 109.95 feet; thence South 52 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 392.26 feet; thence North 07 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 14.18 feet to the northwesterly line of said Lot 1; thence North 52 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds East along the northwesterly lines of Lots 1, 2 and 3, a distance of 588.76 feet; thence South 82 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East along said northerly line of Lot 3, a distance of 4.15 feet to the point of beginning, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 77 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1993.
