AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lots 4 and 5 of The Enclave at North Polo Court, a subdivision in
the City of Clayton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject portion of easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described two and one half
foot (2-1/2') wide portion of sewer easement is hereby vacated, to
wit: Beginning at the point of intersection of the southerly line of said easement with the easterly line of said Lot 5, said point being North 07 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds East 47.71 feet from the southeasterly corner of said Lot 5; thence along said southerly line of said easement the following bearings and distances: North 43 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds West 27.53 feet; South 85 degrees 34 minutes 28 seconds West 89.24 feet; South 81 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds West 4.19 feet to a point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 4, said point being North 29 degrees 11 minutes 33 seconds West 57.06 feet from the southwesterly corner of said Lot 4; thence along the southwesterly line of said Lot 4 North 29 degrees 11 minutes 33 seconds West 2.67 feet to a point being 2.5 feet perpendicular northerly of the southerly line of said easement; thence along a line 2.5 feet northerly of the southerly line of said easement the following bearings and distances: North 81 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds East 5.22 feet; North 85 degrees 34 minutes 28 seconds East 90.51 feet and South 43 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East 26.69 feet to the easterly line of said Lot 5; thence along said easterly line South 07 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds West 3.22 feet to the point of beginning, according to calculations executed by James Engineering & Surveying Co., Inc. in December, 1993, and the plats recorded in Plat Book 319, Page 91 and Deed Book 8840, Page 1772 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1993.
