AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Parts of
Lots 2 and 3 of Block 3 of Oakland Park, a subdivision in the City
of Glendale, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described twenty foot (20')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the intersection of the southwesterly line of said easement with the northerly line of property described in deed to Vohs recorded in Book 8617, Page 1109 of said County Records, said intersection being South 89 degrees 26 minutes East 0.18 feet from the northwesterly corner of said property; thence along the northerly line of said property South 89 degrees 26 minutes East 23.36 feet to the northeasterly line of said 20 feet wide easement; thence along said northeasterly line South 30 degrees 32 minutes East 54.89 feet to the southerly line of said Vohs property; thence along said southerly line North 89 degrees 26 minutes West 23.36 feet to the southwesterly line of said easement; thence along said southwesterly line North 30 degrees 32 minutes West 54.89 feet to the point of beginning, according to Mortgage Inspection Report No. 124695 executed by James Engineering & Surveying Co., Inc. in October, 1993; and according to the instruments recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 116 and Deed Book 179, Page 313 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 1993.
