AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Adjusted Lot
106 of Brentmoor Place Plat One, a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the northernmost corner of said Adjusted Lot 106, thence South 19o18'11" West along the westerly line of said Adjusted Lot 106, a distance of 15 feet to a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of the ten foot (10') wide easement to be vacated with the westerly line of said Adjusted Lot 106; thence South 69o38'59" East along said centerline of the ten foot (10') wide easement, a distance of 5 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline of said ten foot (10') wide easement; thence South 69o38' 59" East along said centerline of easement, a distance of 180.53 feet more or less to the point of ending of the centerline of the ten foot (10') wide easement to be vacated, said point being North 69o38' 59" West of and distant 10 feet from the easterly line of said Adjusted Lot 106, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 265, Page 2 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1994.
