AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-one Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty-six Dollars ($21,666.00) from the Improvement Fund
to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the
construction of storm sewers in Upper Ruprecht Stormwater Project
(P-18762), in the City of Bella Villa, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
Bella Villa, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Seventy-seven
Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-seven and 80/100 Dollars ($77,557.80),
and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twenty-one Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-six Dollars ($21,666.00)
toward the total costs of said project, and will deposit said
amount with the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-one Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty-six Dollars ($21,666.00) is hereby appropriated from
the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the
total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Upper Ruprecht
Stormwater Project (P-18762), in the City of Bella Villa,
Missouri. Section Two. This ordinance, being an
appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its
enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1994.
