AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 7 of Sherwyn Lane Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of a sewer easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion of an
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point on the centerline of Sherwyn Lane being also a point in the southeast line of the aforesaid Lot 7 a distance of 3.46 feet a direction of N47o00' E from an angle point in said Lot 7 and being also the southeast corner of the aforesaid easement granted to Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence N17o08'30" W 89.52 feet along the east line of said easement to the Point of Beginning; thence S72o51'30" W 5.00 feet to a point; thence N17o08'30" W 30.00 feet to a point; thence N72o51'30" E 5.00 feet to a point; thence S17o08' 30" E 30.00 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Deed Book 7930, Pages 585 and 586 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1994.
