AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-six Thousand Three
Hundred Seven and 49/100 Dollars ($36,307.49) from the Improvement
Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for
the construction of storm channels in Fiddle Creek - Laurel Lake
Ct. Stormwater Project (P-18866), in the City of Town & Country,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
Town & Country, Missouri at an estimated total cost of One Hundred
Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-two and 47/100 Dollars
($108,922.47), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Thirty-six Thousand Three Hundred Seven and 49/100 Dollars
($36,307.49) toward the total costs of said project, and will
deposit said amount with the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-six Thousand Three
Hundred Seven and 49/100 Dollars ($36,307.49) is hereby
appropriated from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of
Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm
channels in Fiddle Creek - Laurel Lake Ct. Stormwater Project (P-
18866), in the City of Town & Country, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1994.
