HomeMy Public PortalAbout09186 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9186 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eleven Dollars ($9,611.00) from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Oak Park Drainage Project (P-18934), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri. WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Twenty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-three Dollars ($28,833.00), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eleven Dollars ($9,611.00) toward the total costs of said project, and will deposit said amount with the District, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eleven Dollars ($9,611.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Oak Park Drainage Project (P-18934), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri. Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1994.
