O R D I N A N C E NO. 9188
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One
Million Four Hundred Thirty-seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-
seven and 77/100 Dollars ($1,437,677.77) from the Clean Water
Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for additional project
costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Coldwater Creek
WWTP Outfall Phase I (86065), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Nos. 8178 and 8854, adopted September
12, 1990 and January 19, 1993, appropriated the initial funding for
said project costs, and
WHEREAS, the cost to complete the project will exceed the
initial appropriations, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the
District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a
deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Four Hundred Thirty-
seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-seven and 77/100 Dollars
($1,437,677.77) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital
Improvement Trust Fund to be used for additional project costs for
the construction of sanitary sewers in Coldwater Creek WWTP Outfall
Phase I (86065), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
