O R D I N A N C E NO. 9189
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement
Trust Fund to be used for additional project costs for the construction of the
Bissell Point Plant Control System (BP-10, 91056) at the Bissell Point
Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Nos. 8423 and 8809, adopted July 9, 1991 and
November 18, 1992, appropriated the initial funding for said project costs, and
WHEREAS, the cost to complete the project will exceed the initial
appropriations, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the District, the
appropriation effected herein will not result in a deficit at the end of the
current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($250,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement
Trust Fund to be used for additional project costs for the construction of the
Plant Control System (BP-10, 91056) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment
Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
