O R D I N A N C E NO. 9194
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thousand Four
Hundred Fifty-four and 01/100 Dollars ($100,454.01) from the
Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total
costs for the construction of storm sewers in Conway Downs/Royal
Manor Stormwater Project (P-18750), in the City of Creve Coeur,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Three Hundred One
Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-two and 03/100 Dollars ($301,362.03),
and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
One Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-four and 01/100 Dollars
($100,454.01) toward the total costs of said project, and will
deposit said amount with the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Four
Hundred Fifty-four and 01/100 Dollars ($100,454.01) is hereby
appropriated from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of
Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Conway Downs/Royal Manor Stormwater Project (P-18750), in
the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
