O R D I N A N C E NO. 9197
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund
for landscape architectural services for the Bissell Point
Wastewater Treatment Plant; and authorizing the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into Contract E-801 with Austin
Tao & Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital
Improvement Trust Fund for landscape architectural services for the
Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-801 with
Austin Tao & Associates, Inc. for landscape architectural services
for the Bissell Pint Wastewater Treatment Plant; said contract to
be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
