O R D I N A N C E NO. 9199
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars
($670,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used
for additional engineering services for the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow
Regulation System in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment #3 to Contract E-682 with Horner &
Shifrin, Inc. for the additional engineering services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8042, adopted March 23, 1990, authorized
execution of said Contract E-682 and Ordinance Nos. 8424 and 8682, adopted July
9, 1991 and June 10, 1992, respectively, authorized execution of Amendments #1
and #2 to Contract E-682, and
WHEREAS, Amendment #3 defines the scope of services, time and fees
and payments for additional engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars
($670,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement
Trust Fund for professional services with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. for the
Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation System, M.S.D. Contract E-682,
Amendment #3.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into Amendment #3 to Contract E-682 with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. for
additional engineering services for the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow

Regulation System in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
