AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in U.S. Survey
1953, Township 45 North, Range 6 East in the City of Webster Groves, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the
District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the North R/W line of
Big Bend Blvd. (60'W) and the most Southeast corner of a tract conveyed to
John Stevens as recorded in Book 4526, Page 230; thence along Stevens East
line North 11 degrees 30 minutes 01 seconds West a distance of 206.77 feet to
a point; thence North 81 degrees 44 minutes 05 seconds West along Stevens
North line a distance of 43.93 feet to a point; thence North 8 degrees 16
minutes East a distance of 205.00 feet to a point; thence South 81 degrees 44
minutes East a distance of 39.50 feet to the Actual Point of Beginning, being
a point in West line of the aforementioned easement; thence North 8 degrees 16
minutes East a distance of 110.00 feet to a point; thence South 81 degrees 44
minutes East 15.00 feet to a point in the East line of the aforementioned
easement; thence South 8 degrees 16 minutes West along said East line a
distance of 110.00 feet to a point; thence North 81 degrees 44 minutes West a
distance of 15.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, as recorded in Deed Book
2426, Page 272 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
