AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 30 of Barrett Station Place, a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject portion of easement,
and the District has no further use for said portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (lO') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Starting at the southern corner of Lot 30, a point
common to Lots 29, 30 and 31; thence S89Ε45'20" E
10.48'; thence N44059'12" E 7.04' to the Point of
Beginning of the easement vacation; thence N44Ε59'12" E
6.45'; thence S45Ε00'48" E 6.49'; thence N89045'20" W
9.14' to the Point of Beginning of the easement
vacation, according to the subdivision recorded in Plat
Book 306, Page 34 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
