AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 34 of Lemp Estates,
a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate the subject easement, and the District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is hereby
vacated, to wit:
Commencing at a point on the West line of said Lot 34 at its
intersection with a line parallel to and 20 feet North of the
South line of said Lot 34; thence Eastwardly along said parallel
line a distance of 17 feet more or less to the West line of that
part of said easement to be vacated and the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence Northwardly along the West line of said easement
to be vacated a distance of 22 feet, more or less; thence
Eastwardly along the North line of said easement a distance of 20
feet more or less; thence Southwardly along the East line of said
easement to be vacated a distance of 20 feet more or less to its
intersection with a line parallel to and 20 feet North of the
South line of said Lot 34; thence Westwardly along a line parallel
to and 20 feet North of the South line of said Lot 34 a distance
of 20 feet more or less to the point of beginning, according to
the subdivision recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 18 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
