AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 1 of the
Boundary Adjustment Flat of Lots 1 and 2 of Janet Glenn, a
subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subject easement, and has
granted the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing for reference at the Southeast corner of Lot
One of the said Boundary Adjustment Flat; thence South
24 degrees 53 minutes West 135.00 feet to a point, said
point also being the Southeast corner of Lot Two of
said Boundary Adjustment Flat; thence North 65 degrees
00 minutes West 10.00 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence North 65 degrees 00 minutes West
40.00 feet to a point; thence North 24 degrees 53
minutes East 30.00 feet to a point; thence North 65
degrees 00 minutes West 95.00 feet to a point; thence
North 24 degrees 53 minutes East 10.00 feet to a point;
thence South 65 degrees 00 minutes East 135.00 feet to
a point; thence South 24 degrees 53 minutes West 40.00
feet to the true point of beginning, and also
containing 0.058 acres more or less as calculated by
Doering Engineering during the month of November, 1993,
according to the Boundary Adjustment Flat recorded in
Flat Book 318, Page 4 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
