AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 197 of Flamingo
Park, Plat 17, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate the subject easement, and the District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described five foot (5') wide sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the most Southern corner of said Lot 197 of Flamingo Park
Plat 17, said point being also the most Eastern corner of Lot 198
of said Flamingo Park Plat 17; thence Northwestwardly along the
line between said Lots 197 and 198, North 48 degrees 38 minutes 08
seconds West, 5.00 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing along said line between Lots 197 and 198, North 48
degrees 38 minutes 08 seconds West, 95.00 feet to a point; thence
leaving said line North 41 degrees 21 minutes 52 seconds East,
5.00 feet to a point; thence South 48 degrees 38 minutes 08
seconds East, 95.00 feet to a point; thence South 41 degrees 21
minutes 52 seconds West, 5.00 feet to the actual Point of
Beginning and containing 475 square feet, according to the
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 126, Page 52 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
