AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in Lot 9 in
Block 15 of Shrewsbury Park 5th Subd., in the City of Shrewsbury, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has
no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement in Lot 9 in Block 15
of Shrewsbury Park 5th Subd., in the City of Shrewsbury, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the northwesternmost corner of the above-described
easement, said point being the northwestern corner of said Lot 9,
said commencing point also being in the south line of Nottingham
Avenue (50 foot wide); thence along said south line of Nottingham
Avenue and along an assumed bearing of North 90 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds East a distance of 10.00 feet to its intersection with
the eastern edge of said easement recorded in Deed Book 9129, Page
770; thence along said eastern line and along an assumed bearing of
South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance 64.00 feet
to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said
eastern line, South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a
distance of 24.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said eastern
line, South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of
4.00 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
West a distance 12.00 feet to a point; thence South 90 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 2.50 feet to a point; thence
North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 12.00
feet to a point; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East
a distance of 1.50 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING as
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 7 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
