AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to subordinate certain rights across portions of various easements
owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to St. Louis County,
Missouri for the purpose of operating and maintaining three public roadways
known as Rambling Oaks Drive, Triple Oaks Drive and Rambling Oaks Place,
located in part of U.S. Surveys 660, 3113 & 3114, T.44N, R.5E, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said easements will
not interfere with the sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does
hereby subordinate certain rights across portions of various easements owned
by the District to St. Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and
maintaining three public roadways known as Rambling Oaks Drive, Triple Oaks
Drive and Rambling Oaks Place, located in part of U.S. Surveys 660, 3113 &
3114, T.44N, R.5E, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the District an instrument giving
effect to Section One hereof, said instrument to be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
