AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars
($430,000.00) from the Emergency Fund, and transferring said sum to the
Maintenance Department's 251 Account for emergency sewer repairs in Emergency
Repair #021 (Bircher & Hwy. 70), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars
($430,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund, and said sum is
hereby transferred to the Maintenance Department's 251 Account for emergency
sewer repairs in Emergency Repair #021 (Bircher & Hwy. 70), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
