O R D I N A N C E NO. 9224
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
a contract with Frank G. Kriz for consulting services for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with Frank G. Kriz for the availability to perform
consulting services for MSD on such matters as required by the Board of
Trustees and Executive Director of MSD during the month of June, 1994.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
Ordinance shall be effective June 1, 1994 and shall provide for such other
terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
