O R D I N A N C E NO. 9225
AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in the Addition
to Lot 15 of "The Seasons at Schoettler Plat 3" , a minor
subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject project has requested
this District to vacate the subject easements, and this District
has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two ten foot wide easements being part of the "Addition
to Lot 15 of the Seasons at Schoettler Plat 3" as recorded in
Plat Book 322, Page 10 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records
and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1
A ten foot wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 273,
Page 66 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records and
beginning at the most eastern corner of the original
Lot 15 of "The Seasons at Schoettler Plat 3" as
recorded in said Plat Book 273, Page 66; thence along
the southeasterly line of said original Lot 15, South
56 degrees 44 minutes 09 seconds West, a distance of
213.26 feet to the easterly line of a 10 foot wide
easement as recorded in said Plat Book 273, Page 66;
thence along said easterly line, North 34 degrees 30
minutes 33 seconds West, a distance of 10.00 feet to a
point; thence along a line being 10 feet North of and
parallel to the aforementioned southeasterly line of
the original Lot 15, North 56 degrees 44 minutes 09
seconds East, a distance of 203.07 feet to the
northerly line of said Lot 15; thence along said
northerly line South 79 degrees 25 minutes 17 seconds
East, a distance of 14.44 feet to the point of
beginning.
Parcel 2
A ten foot wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 322,
Page 10 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records and
beginning at the most eastern corner of the original
Lot 15 of "The Seasons at Schoettler Plat 3" as
recorded in Plat Book 273, Page 66 of the St. Louis
County, Missouri records; thence South 32 degrees 25
minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of 10.00 feet to a
point; thence along a line being 10 feet south of and
parallel to the southeasterly line of the
aforementioned original Lot 15, South 56 degrees 44
minutes 09 seconds West, a distance of 212.89 feet to
the easterly line of a 10 foot wide easement, as
recorded in the aforementioned Plat Book 322, Page 10;
thence along said easterly line North 34 degrees 30
minutes 33 seconds West, a distance of 10.00 feet to
the said southeasterly line of the original Lot 15;
thence along the southeasterly line of said original
Lot 14, North 56 degrees 44 minutes 09 seconds East, a
distance of 213.26 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
