O R D I N A N C E NO. 9227
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00)
from the General Fund of the District for geotechnical engineering services on
a retainer basis FY95 (92038); and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to enter into an amendment to Contract E-731 with Ground
Engineering, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for geotechnical
engineering services on a retainer basis FY95 (92038).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to enter into an amendment to Contract E-731 with Ground
Engineering, Inc. for geotechnical engineering services on a retainer basis
FY95 (92038); said contract amendment to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
