O R D I N A N C E NO. 9228
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($200,000.00) from the Emergency Fund for emergency repairs in Emergency
Repairs #024 (Diebold Court) (94101), in St. Louis County, Missouri; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Bates
Utility Company, Inc. for the aforesaid emergency repairs.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund for emergency
repairs in Emergency Repairs #024 (Diebold Court) (94101), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with Bates Utility Company, Inc. for emergency repairs
in Emergency Repairs #024 (Diebold Court) (94101), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Three. The contract authorized in Section Two of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by
the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1994.
