O R D I N A N C E NO. 9229
AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Genesis Corporation (Johnson &
Higgins, Inc., agent) for the District's Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance
coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The General Reinsurance Corporation, who submitted a
quote for the District's Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage, at a
premium of Sixty-seven Thousand Two Hundred Sixty and no/100 Dollars
($67,260.00) for such policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for such
Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30,
1995. The premium amount as hereinabove stated is subject to audit adjustment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
