O R D I N A N C E NO. 9230
AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Travelers Insurance Company
(Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the District's Boiler and Machinery
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Travelers Insurance Company, who submitted a quote
for the District's Boiler and Machinery Insurance coverage, at a premium of
Three Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-three and no/100 Dollars ($3,833.00) for
such policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for such Boiler and
Machinery coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
