O R D I N A N C E NO. 9231
AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Lumbermen's Mutual Insurance
Company (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the District's Contractor's
Equipment Insurance (Inland Marine) coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30,
1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Lumbermen's Mutual Insurance Company, who submitted
a quote for the District's Contractor's Equipment Insurance coverage, at a
premium of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-three Dollars ($5,793.00) for
such policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for such Contractor's
Equipment Insurance coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995. The premium
amount as herein above stated is subject to audit adjustment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
