O R D I N A N C E NO. 9232
AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to the Twin City Fire Insurance
Company (Hartford) (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the District's Primary
Premise (Owner's, Landlords & Tenants) and General Liability Insurance coverage
from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Twin City Fire Insurance Company (Hartford), who
submitted a quote for the District's Primary Premise Liability Insurance
coverage, at a premium of One Hundred Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-eight Dollars
($100,948.00) for such policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for such
Primary Premise (Owner's, Landlords & Tenants) and General Liability Insurance
coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995. The premium amount as hereinabove
stated is subject to audit adjustment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
