O R D I N A N C E NO. 9233
AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to MoPerm (Johnson & Higgins,
Inc., agent) for the District's Automobile Fleet Insurance coverage from July
1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. MoPerm, who submitted a quote for the District's
Automobile Fleet Insurance coverage, at a premium of One Hundred Fifty-two
Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Nine and 16/100 Dollars ($152,989.16) for such
policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for such Automobile Fleet
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995. The premium amount as
hereinabove stated is subject to audit adjustment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
