AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Kemper Insurance Company
(Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for covering the bond for the Secretary-
Treasurer for the period July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Kemper Insurance Company, who submitted a quote for
the District's Fidelity Liability Insurance coverage, at a premium of One
Thousand Ninety Dollars ($1,090.00) for such policy period, is hereby awarded
the contract for such bonding coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
