A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF SE CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF WOODSIDE DR. & HAYES ARBORETUM RD.
WHEREAS the Zoning Map designates and describes the property at the SE Corner of the intersection of Woodside Dr. & Hayes Arboretum Rd. as R-2 District; and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to a C-2 District to allow the use of the site for construction of a building to expand the services of The Health Connection,
an existing business located on adjoining property.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the property at the SE Corner of the intersection of Woodside Dr.
& Hayes Arboretum R. and more particularly described below is hereby changed to a C-2 District:
PT SE ¼ SEC. 35, TWP 14N, R 1W; 4.99 A
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of June, 2002, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
