RESOLUTION APPROVING THE Rfi~AL OF ABC LIC~SE

FOR THE 1999-2000 LIC~SE '£~t~
WHI~IF~S, pursuant to an Act entitled~ 'An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bev-
erages', as amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by
the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, application for Renewal
of ABC License No. 1201-33-032-007. held by PARR~ERS' PUB, INC.~ has been
made for the License Term 1999-2000 and the proper form was filed and
necessary fees therefor have been paid; and
~g~F~S, no objections have been received as to the renewal of said
license.
NOW, ~IEFORE, BE IT AiflD IT IS HER~YRESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret~ County of Middlesex~ State of New Jersey,
that a Plenary Retail Consumption License be granted and issued to
Partners' Pub, Inc. for the License Term 1999-2000~ and
BE IT FURTHERRESOLVED that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue an Alcoholic Beverage Control License for the
1999-2000 License Term to Partners' Pub~ Inc., in accordance with the
application heretofore made and approved; and
BE IT FORTHI~RRF_X~LV}~) that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded with original application ar~ proper fee to the State of New
Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087,
Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
Adopted the 17th day of February ,
2000 and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 18, 2000
